Rams skipper off to Foxes?

Rams skipper off to Foxes?

In shock news, it`s reported that Rams skipper Matt Oakley is heading to East Midland rivals Leicester City, after manager Paul Jewell agreed to sell the midfielder as he continues to reshape his squad in the January transfer window.

In a surprise move Oakley will join Steve Howard at the Walkers Stadium for a fee in the region of 500,000, which could rise with additional bonus payments included as part of the deal.

Oakley has been outstanding in the premier League, and has been one of the few Derby players to look at home in the top flight. He will join Ian Holloway`s Championship side if he accepts the deal on offer on the table.
