'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Lions keen to keep Ram youngster

Millwall manager Willie Donachie would like to sign Rams winger Ryan Smith on a permanent basis.
The 20-year-old is on a month's loan with the League One club and has impressed in his three appearances so far.
Donachie said: 'Ryan has a lot of ability and natural talent and has been a huge asset for us.
'Ryan is a London lad and his girlfriend is pregnant so it would be nice to keep him down here.
'He is still young, and has a lot to learn, but he has a lot of ability. If he keeps working and keeps his feet on the floor, he has a great future.'
Derby signed left-winger Smith from Arsenal in the summer for a fee rising to 500,000.
Rams boss Billy Davies said: 'Ryan is on loan at Millwall for a month and what happens beyond that is something I haven't even thought about.
'He's down there to get first-team football and, at this stage of the season, my focus is getting Derby County across the line.'
Smith has started Millwall's last two games. His loan spell is due to end on April 21
