Rams cup tickets selling fast

The Rams head to the south west coast this weekend for the FA cup fifth round tie against Plymouth Argyle. The game played at Home Park earlier in the season, is but a memory to Rams fans. That day in front of a TV audience the Rams suffered a humiliating loss 3-1, against the ten men Plymouth side.

A number of things have changed since that faithful day in October, and one is the Rams head the Championship and is full of confidence. But this is the FA cup and if Billy Davies` side are not on their game, it will be along trip back for the players and supporters alike.

The Rams supporters will again be there in numbers, with tickets selling well and are still available for general sale. The Rams have been allocated 3,000 tickets for the game and well over 2,000 have been sold to season tickets holders, but a few hundred tickets still remain.

Tickets are available on the ticket hotline - 0870 444 1884 - Prices are £22 adults, £15 over 65s and full-time students and £6 U16s. The Road Rider leaves Derby at 7.45am, and costs £27. The Pride Park Ticket Office is also open weekdays 9am to 6pm.

Meanwhile the Rams will have skipper Matt Oakley missing for the tie after picking up his fifth booking of the season in Saturday's 2-2 Coca-Cola Championship draw with Hull City. The 29-year-old was cautioned for unsporting behaviour, just nine minutes before the end of Saturday`s game against Hull City, earning him a one-match ban.

It`s a bitter blow for Oakley who has been playing well over recent weeks, but Davies has a number of players chomping at the bit for a starting place.
Also missing for the cup clash is Craig Fagan, who completes a two-match ban after also sitting out the draw with Hull having been booked for the tenth time this season in the previous week's win at Southampton.

Will not be an easy game Argyle dropped their first three points at home this season against Slumberland. This is one of those game where the winner would be hard to call, draw anyone.
