'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Joy For Duo

Paul Thirlwell and Marc Edworthy have both come through 90 minutes in a friendly.

Thirlwell has missed five matches with an achilles tenden injury, while Edworthy has been out for four games after sustaining rib damage in the game against Southampton.

Derby won the friendly against Notts County 2-1, but Phil Brown was most pleased with the progress of the two players.

'It was great to see Paul and Marc coming through 90 minutes of work.'

Both players are expected to be included for the game on Saturday against Hull.
