New Deals For Quartet

New Deals For Quartet

Amidst news of Derby County`s retained list for next season four of the current squad have signed one year extensions to their contracts to remain at Pride Park.

Following news that the club are open to offers for Frank Fielding and Adam Legzdins two of The Rams other goalkeepers have signed extensions with Saul Deeney looking likely to be used as backup next season and young Ross Atkins also getting another year but likely to go out on loan next season.

Young Michael Hoganson has been given another twelve months after impressing during his appearances for the Under-21 side and a brief stint in the first-team at leftback before injury curtailed his run in the side. American Conor Doyle will also remain under contract for the same period but again is likely to be let out on loan to gain first-team experience elsewhere.

With Gareth Roberts` contract not being extended the club has also now officially transfer listed seven other players as reported earlier this month on Vital Derby. Nathan Tyson, Theo Robinson, Frank Fielding, Adam Legzdins, James O`Connor, Tom Naylor and James Bailey will all be allowed to leave the club should an acceptable offer be received for their services.
