Trio Named In Squad

Derby County`s Republic of Ireland trio have earned themselves call-ups for their four upcoming fixtures ahead of the summer break.

Jeff Hendrick, Richard Keogh and Conor Sammon have all been named in the preliminary squad for their upcoming international matches including the encounter with England at Wembley on 29th May. Keogh cleaned up across the board in the club`s Player of the Year awards in his first season at Pride Park and earned his first international cap coming on as a substitute in the 2-0 victory over Poland in February. On the same night Hendrick and Sammon also made their full debuts with the former Wigan Athletic and Kilmarnock striker also picking up a further two caps in March against Sweden and Austria.

If named in the final squad the trio will line-up against England on Wednesday, 29th May, Georgia at the Aviva Stadium on Sunday, 2nd June 2013, in friendlies as well as a World Cup Qualifier at home to the Faroe Islands Friday, 7th June. The final match is a friendly encounter with Spain in New York, at Yankee Stadium, on Tuesday, 11th June.
