Outgoings

Nigel Clough does not think Derby County will have added anyone to the squad by the time you are reading this article as the transfer deadline approaches.

Having brought in eight new players over the summer months Clough has stated he is not looking to bring in any more players and that any movement is likely to be out of the club with interested in Ben Davies and James Bailey and Tom Naylor also likely to be available to go out on loan. Bailey has not been given a squad number this season and has found himself the victim of circumstance with the emergence of Jeff Hendrick and the form of Craig Bryson keeping him out of the side. Talking to dcfc.co.uk about the deadline Clough said:

'We have no plans at the moment to bring anybody in before the deadline but two or three of the lads who are outside the first-team squad have interest in them. It is a question of concentrating on those and we will see if anything develops today. There`s a chance at the moment, but we`ll have to see."
