Davies Would Be Missed

Steve Davies will be missed by Derby County if he leaves the club according to the latest poll on Vital Derby. The striker looks certain to leave Pride Park after turning down the offer of a new contract and recent comments on twitter back this up with Davies stating he was moving on for family reasons with a possible move to the south of the country.

Just over a third of those answering the survey (38%) think the loss The Rams' joint top scorer from last season will leave a large hole up front with whilst a further 36% think he may be a loss but only time will tell. A quarter of those responding do not think Davies would be missed with the club having enough cover in the likes of Theo Robinson, Callum Ball and Nathan Tyson to make up for his departure. The full survey results were:

If he leaves will The Rams miss Steve Davies?

Yes - 38%
Time will tell - 36%
No - 26%
