Brayford - Rams Must Cut Out Errors
John Brayford has said that he, and his fellow defenders, need to cut out the errors in order to help push his side further up the league table this season.
At times last season The Rams backline looked solid but gave away a number of goals from individual errors costing them points that could have seen them finish higher in the table then the eventual twelfth placed finish they secured leaving them eleven points off the play-off places. Brayford thinks the defence played well but that unforced errors cost them and if they can be cut out it will always give the side a good chance of taking something from the match as they look to improve again this season. Talking to dcfc.co.uk Brayford said:
'We didn't do too much wrong from a defensive point of view in matches, but we need to cut out the errors that were made and make it harder for the opposition to score. We need to make them score, rather than giving them a goal. If we can do that, I think we've got more than enough about us going forwards to nick a few goals and win some more matches.'
