Derby Face Palace In Cup
Derby County have been drawn at home to Crystal Palace in the third round of the FA Cup with ties to be played on the weekend of 7/8th January 2012. Less than 48 hours after snapping a run of five consecutive defeats with a 1-1 draw in front of the SkySports camera`s The Rams have been paired with the same opposition at the start of their FA Cup campaign early in the new year. A Paddy McCarthy own goal gave Nigel Clough`s side a deserved spare of the spoils and the pair will meet for the first time in the FA Cup.
