'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Preview: Crystal Palace (H)

The Rams travel to London looking to halt a run of five consecutive defeats against a Crystal Palace side which beat Manchester United away in the Carling Cup quarter finals on Wednesday.

Palace were wonderful in that game and fully deserved their victory. Darren Ambrose hit an absolute screamer into the top corner from fully 35 yards and is one to watch for The Eagles, who have done well under new manager Dougie Freedman.

Derby have a rotten record at Selhurst Park but will be hoping the extra-time at Old Trafford will have affected The Eagles and that they can capitalise.

Ex-Ram Dean Moxey and Sean Scannell were forced off injured during the midweek game and are doubts for the game and Derby are expected to name an unchanged line-up.
