3 Gunners for Pride Park?

Rams manager Billy Davies has revealed his interest in 3 Arsenal stars - Ryan Smith, Arturo Lupoli and.......Mart Poooooooommmmmm!!!

Talks for the 19 year old Smith are believed to be at an advanced stage aimed at a permanent deal, and would represent quite a coup for Derby. The young winger spent 3 months at Leicester last season, and was impressive at Pride Park during the home game against the Foxes.

The Lupoli inquiry would expect to yield a season-long loan at best, with Billy Davies telling the DET: 'Lupoli is a goalscorer by nature and a player with great pace, but we have asked about several players at different Premiership clubs,'

The potential Poom bid is an interesting one, with Davies telling the DET: 'We inquired a little while ago but sometimes an inquiry is just a phone call to check out the player's situation.'

The fact that Derby have asked about Poom will do little to confirm that Davies has confidence in either of the young keepers at Pride Park - you can vote on our online poll for who you would like to see between the sticks next season.

Good keeper mart poom, may be a little old now, but in his day with you he was superb, we (ipswich) nearly payed £4 million for him four years ago. wish we had bought him instead of the tempramental italian rubbish we did buy. what do you think about the potential of his return? check out the ipswich site.

Don't want him here for anything other than a coach. We have two very good young keepers and don't want old tat coming back to ruin memories (as if that wasn't already done by him scoring for Sunderland against us).
