Rams Sign Luke Moore On Loan

Derby County have completed the signing of Luke Moore on an emergency loan deal from West Bromwich Albion, he will go straight into the squad for the clash with Crystal Palace and stay until The Rams visit Millwall on October 23rd. Speaking about the deal Nigel Clough told the official website:

'He is a player who has expressed a great desire to come and play football and he will have opportunities to do so here.'

Moore is a product of the Aston Villa youth setup and he has represented England at various youth levels. During his time at Villa Park he spent a loan spell at Wycombe Wanderers before making his Premier League debut in 2004. He signed for West Brom for a fee of 3.5m, depending on appearances, in 2008. He has only made one appearance for The Baggies this season and has been allowed to go out on loan to get more games under his belt.
