Cywka The Best Of The New Boys

Tomasz Cywka is the best of the new summer signings brought into the club over the summer, at least according to the users of Vital Derby. In a survey over half of those taking part (53%) responded that they were most pleased with the young Poles contribution so far this season. Cywka has had an eventful first two months of the campaign so far having bagged his first goal in a Rams` shirt and suffered a fractured cheekbone in the same match against Cardiff City which has seen him wear a protective mask ever since.

James Bailey received the second most votes (17%) with the former Crewe youngsters` passing ability catching the eye having been ever present in the league so far and he also found the net for the first time in the dramatic draw with Queens Park Rangers. Full-backs Gareth Roberts and John Brayford each polled 11% after making steady contributions so far having been introduced to two of the problem positions for Nigel Clough`s side last season.

The full results were as follows:

Which of the early new signings are you most pleased with?
Gareth Roberts 11%
Tomasz Cywka 53%
John Brayford 11%
James Bailey 17%
David Martin 8%
