'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Green Handed Irish Start

Paul Green has been named in the starting XI in the Republic of Ireland`s friendly clash with Argentina tomorrow night. After being called up for their summer training camp Green impressed enough to win his first caps in their friendlies before the World Cup and has made a big enough impression to be named in their starting line-up again. Assistant manager Marco Tardelli will take charge of the Irish for the first time with manager Giovanni Trappatoni unwell.
