Clough Keen To Keep Cywka

Nigel Clough admits that he is interested in keeping Tomasz Cywka at Derby next season if this is possible?

The Polish U21 international is on loan with the Rams until the end of the season when his contract with Wigan expires, however the possibility of a permanent deal are believed to be complicated with various clauses making this difficult by all accounts.

Clough has always maintained that he was impressed with the reserve showings that he saw from the forward before bringing him in on loan and has been impressed with the limited chances he's had with us so far with him getting another start against Bristol City on Saturday.

Cywka has already said himself that he'd like to wait until the end of the season before making any decisions on his future, which looks likely to be away from the DW Stadium but will this future be at Pride Park?

I'm not sure he'll be here next season really.
