Clough Frustrated Not To Win

Once again, as we've seen so many times this season, Derby weren't able to see out a match from a winning position.

Nigel Clough felt this frustration and also felt we didn't do enough to consolidate our 1-0 lead and should have built on this really before we were punished towards the end with a Crystal Palace equaliser.

"Another situation where we have got into a winning position and not done enough to hold on to it.

In terms of going forward and keeping the ball, we didn't do anywhere near that second-half.

It is a shame because we could have come in at half-time with a 2-0 lead."

Clough was talking to BBC Radio Derby after the match.

I think that Crystal Palace probably did deserve a point but we could've done more to have seen the match out, if not secured it before this equaliser came.
