Clough Disappointed At Lack Of Penalty

At least Derby came away from Preston with a point after a 0-0 draw, so that's a bonus given our recent travels, however Nigel Clough again thought we were denied a penalty.

"We think it was a penalty. It feels like it's about our 14th that we've had turned down."

Despite not getting this penalty, and not for the first time, Clough was happy with the point and thought it was a match that neither side deserved to lose.

"Having said that, we were very good in the first half, but they came back strong in the second.

The second half was end to end and neither side really deserved to lose. It was a good match."

Clough was talking after the match.
