Derby "Knocked Back" Over Fielding
Derby have seen an approach for Blackburn goalkeeper Frank Fielding rejected.
Nigel Clough had made enquires about the 21-year-old goalkeeper but his seen his efforts "knocked back" for the second time, having seen a loan approach rejected for Fielding in the summer.
"They (Blackburn) have knocked us back. They do not want to let him out at the moment, so we are exploring other options"
Clough was talking to the Evening Telegraph.
We need cover for the injured Saul Deeney, who will be out for around 6-weeks, but we're going to have to look elsewhere as Blackburn continue to refuse to play ball over the England U21 international.
