Conceding Goals Concerns Clough

Derby slipped to a 3-2 defeat at Scunthorpe on Saturday after twice coming back from a goal down.

Nigel Clough is happy to see us continuing to score but is alarmed at the goals being concluded at the other end!

"We've come back from 1-0 down and 2-1 down and we should be protecting the point that we've got.

We have experienced players trying to win instead of ensuring we don't lose.

The fact we're scoring goals is always a good sign, but the problem we've got is that it shouldn't be at the expense of conceding at the other end."

Clough was talking to the BBC.

Sometimes you just have to accept what you've got an take that, which is something we should've done at Glanford Park on Saturday as we not once, but twice managed to come back from behind before losing anyway.
