'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Seventh Heaven

A youthful Derby side beat Belper Town 7-2 at Christchurch Meadow last night, with several players doing their first-team chances no harm in the process.

Ben Pringle, who has impressed since his summer arrival, again scored with Aleksander Prijovic scoring a couple to add to goals already scored in pre-season. Arnaud Mendy added a fourth before half time, with Simon Barraclough pulling one back for Belper before the break.

Aaron Pride pulled back another for Belper in the second half but two goals from Greg Mills and a further goal for Henrik Ojamaa completed the 7-2 rout.
