Clough Believes Brayford Will Sign
John Brayford is a name that has been linked with Derby for some time but no deal has been agreed with Crewe as yet, however Nigel Clough is confident this can happen.
"It is ongoing. We put a bid in a while back and Crewe's valuation was way above ours.
It always seems to be the way, but a bit of toing and froing and I think eventually we will get an agreement suitable to all parties."
Is what Clough said about Brayford.
Clough knows Brayford very well as the 21-year-old has played for him before during their time together at Burton. If Clough is confident that a deal will happen, and thinks that the defender will make a good signing, then that's good enough for me.
