Former Derby Goalkeeper Released
Former Derby goalkeeper Mart Poom has left Watford after having his contract terminated by Mutual consent.
"I'm sorry I couldn't have played more games for Watford due to injury, but I certainly enjoyed the matches that I did play in.
"I wish the club all the success in the future."
Poom was talking to the official Watford website.
The 37-year-old has suffered terribly through injuries since joining Watford two-years ago, and these injuries haven't allowed the former Rams goalkeeper to show what he really is capable of.
Its not sure what the next move will be for the Estonian international, who could decide to retire?
