Palace Extend Davis' Loan

Claude Davis will not be returning to Derby, well not this season anyway, as his loan spell away from Pride Park has been extended until the end of the season.

Crystal Palace have extended the 29-year-olds loan spell at Selhurst Park until the end of the season following an impressive start to his time with the Londoners.

Davis, who is well known to Crystal Palace manger Neil Warnock from their time together at Sheffield United, is very much out of Nigel Clough's plans so this extended loan suits all parties and this could become a permanent move in the summer?

Davis hasn't had the best of times with Derby so its probably best for all concerned that he extended this loan. I dont expect to see him pull on a Derby shirt again.
