Former Ram Kenna Expects O'Shea Deal

Former Derby defender Jeff Kenna, now manager of Galway United, has revealed that he expects their top goalscorer Jay O'Shea to come to Pride Park in January.

'I would imagine Jay will go to Derby.

'A deal has been struck which they're happy with. I'd be very surprised if he came back but I wish him all the best.'

Kenna was speaking to Setanta Sports.

The Irish winger has come to Derby for a week's trial, but according to reports on setantasports.com a fee of 400,000 has already been agreed and he will become a Derby player, with the deal officially going through when the transfer window reopens in January.
