'If It's Football, It's Vital'

No Complaints From Jewell

Derby were heavily beaten 3-0 at Reading on Saturday, but Paul Jewell has no complaints as he knows the better side won.

'The best team won. Reading are a good side and I think they will get promotion.

'They have kept the majority of their team together from last season. They are strong and quick.

'We started the game quite well in the first 10 minutes but once they scored they got up a head of steam and once the second goal went in, they closed the game out well.

'I have no complaints. We looked a bit tired, a bit leggy. We have had a lot of games lately, a lot of travelling and it seemed to catch up with us.'

Jewell was talking to the Evening Telegraph.
