Mears Join French Giants On Loan

Tyrone Mears has, as expected, completed his transfer from Derby to Marseille.

He has come through a medical and agreed terms with the French giants to completed his move to the Stade Velodrome for the season, and could sign for Marseille permanently if he impresses during this loan period.

Mears will go from a club that is currently at the foot of the Championship to a club that plays in the Champions League, so that is some step forward!
