Forest Targeting Pearson Swoop?
It was being reported that Forest were looking to move another player across the Derby - Forest divide as they are interested in Stephen Pearson.
The 25-year-old is very much out of favour under Paul Jewell at Pride Park, and only a slight injury problem saw a move to Birmingham collapse this summer. Birmingham came back in with a loan proposition but Pearson wasn't interested in this and rejected the move.
It was thought that Forest had approached us for the Scottish international, so it would've been interesting to see what happened and if he could've become the latest in a few to make the switch between the two rivals recently. However Forest boss Colin Calderwood has refuted these claims.
