Savage Determined To Win Us Over
Robbie Savage isn't what you could call a crowd favourite with Derby; in fact he was booed during our match with Bristol City on Saturday. However despite this disappointing him he had vowed to win us over.
'The one thing that upsets you when you're trying your best is being booed by Derby fans.
'They pay their money and are entitled to their opinion, but it makes me more determined to win them over.'
Savage was talking to BBC Radio Derby.
Savage doesn't really help himself with his own antics and attitude, but booing one of your own players isn't something that I would ever do so I'm disappointed that we saw fit to do this. It would be good to see Savage keep his head down and prove his point as he says he wants to. Actions speak louder than words though don't they Sav, so show us with actions.
