Derby Set To Complete Hulse Signing

Rob Hulse looks set to sign for Derby today after Sheffield United boss Kevin Blackwell confirmed an offer had been accepted.

28-year-old Hulse had flown back from his clubs mini tour of Hungary, Belgium and Holland to discuss personal terms with the club last night after an offer of an initial £1.6m, which could rise to around £2m with add-ons, was accepted.

More on this from Vital Derby as and when it happens.

Marlon King however looks unlikely to join him as the costs of getting him in on loan seem to be too high. There is also a reported interest in the Jamaican striker from a Premier League club, who are believed to be willing to do a permanent deal.
