Rams hope for Ghaly permanent move

Rams hope for Ghaly permanent move

Hossam Ghaly can make his move to the Rams permanent, if he play`s himself into Paul Jewell's thoughts as D-day approaches for the on-loan Tottenham midfielder.

The Egypt international - with the Rams initially until the end of the season - was introduced as a second half substitute against Middlesbrough on Saturday - and he ran the show.

'I had a chat with Hossam this morning (Tuesday),' manager Jewell told the official web site

'He was terrific when he came on at Middlesbrough. He has all the tricks but doesn't need to use them all the time. He has brilliant feet, a great football brain and good technique, and on Saturday when he came on he ran the game.

'He passed it, did the tricks at the right time, went past people, created opportunities and got back - he looked a real good player and, so far as his future goes, if Hossam plays like that between now and the end of the season we will certainly be looking to try and keep him.

'I've not spoken to Tottenham yet - that's one for the end of the season.'

And the boss added: 'Some players I have made my mind up on - others have seven games to convince me.'

I hope he stays in England!

Ghaly will never play in the 2 level. He will go back to egypt befor he dose that. Anyway i think he can be a squad player for any of the big teams next year and can even become a starter in a top 10 team by next year...
